This policy explains what personal information we collect when you browse or order from this website, why we collect it, who else handles it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect
We collect only what we need to take an order, deliver it and answer questions about it. We do not sell personal information, and this site runs no advertising or analytics trackers.
- Your name, email address and phone number, so we can confirm the order and reach you about it.
- Your delivery address, so the parcel can be shipped to you.
- Your order history: what you bought, when, and what you paid.
- Technical information your browser sends with every request, such as your IP address, which our servers log briefly for security and troubleshooting.
Payment details never reach us
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or netbanking details are entered on Razorpay's own secure checkout and are never sent to, seen by or stored on our servers.
We receive only the outcome of the payment, the method used and Razorpay's reference number. We keep those so we can match a payment to an order and issue a refund if one is due. Razorpay handles the payment data it collects under its own privacy policy.
Who else handles your information
We share your information with the service providers below only so they can do that work for us, and only the part of it they need. We do not share it with anyone else, except where the law requires us to.
- Razorpay — to take and verify payments and to process refunds.
- Zoho — to send your order emails.
- Our delivery partner — receives your name, delivery address and phone number so the parcel can reach you.
Cookies
This site sets two cookies, and neither one tracks you across the web:
- A cart cookie, so what you add survives a page reload. It holds product identifiers and quantities only — no personal details.
- A staff session cookie, which is only ever set if someone signs in to the administration area.
How long we keep it
Order records — name, contact details, delivery address and payment references — are kept for as long as we need them to honour the order, handle a return or a dispute, and to meet accounting and tax obligations under Indian law.
Server access logs are short-lived and are then discarded.
Your choices
Write to us at info@myxveda.com and we will tell you what information we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete what we are not legally required to keep. Please write from the email address you ordered with, so we can be sure we are talking to you.
Order confirmations and delivery updates are part of the order itself, so they are sent for every purchase. We will not add you to a marketing list without your consent.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will update it here and move the date at the top of the page. Please check back before you order if it matters to you.
