Shipping & Delivery Policy
Everything we send goes out from India to an address in India. This page sets out what delivery costs, how long it takes and how to follow your parcel.

Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses anywhere in India, in every state and union territory. We do not ship internationally at present.
What delivery costs
Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum value. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — there are no separate shipping or handling charges.
How long it takes
Orders are packed and handed to our delivery partner within 1–2 business days of payment. Delivery then normally takes 3–7 business days, depending on where you are.
Remote pin codes, public holidays and weather disruption can add a few days. If your order is running noticeably late, write to us and we will chase it.
Tracking your order
Your confirmation email carries a private link to your order page, which shows its current status and any tracking number as soon as the parcel is on its way. The link is the only credential for that page, so treat it as private.
You can also look up an order with its number and the email address you ordered with.
If a delivery does not reach you
If a parcel comes back to us undelivered — a wrong or incomplete address, or nobody available after the courier's attempts — we will contact you to arrange a re-send or a refund. Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout; it is the single most common cause of a failed delivery.
