These terms apply when you use this website or buy from it. Please read them before you order — placing an order means you accept them.

Who you are dealing with

This website is operated by myxveda, selling in India.

You can reach us at info@myxveda.com.

Our products are supplements, not medicines

These products are dietary supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition.

Nothing on this website is medical advice, and nothing here should be used to diagnose or treat a condition or to replace treatment your doctor has prescribed. Ingredients, dosages and cautions are printed on every product page and on the pack; please read them and follow the stated dose.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it by email, and a contract is formed at that point.

We may decline or cancel an order — and will refund it in full — if the product is unavailable, if a price or description was listed in error, if we cannot deliver to your address, or where we reasonably suspect fraud.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. The price charged is the price shown when you place the order; we may change prices at any time, but never for an order already accepted.

Payments are taken by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or netbanking details.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery timings and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Using this website

The text, photographs, product names and logos on this site belong to us and may not be copied or reused commercially without our written permission.

Please do not attempt to interfere with the site, access parts of it you have not been given access to, or use it to break the law.

Limits on our liability

We take care to describe our products accurately, but we cannot promise a particular result — individual responses to any supplement differ.

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published here when you place an order is the version that applies to it, so the date at the top of this page matters.
