When to expect it

We pack and hand your order to our delivery partner within 1–2 business days, and delivery normally takes 3–7 business days after that. Your order page shows a tracking number as soon as the parcel is moving.

Cannot find your order?

Check that you are using the same email address you ordered with, and that the order number looks like MYX-1042. If it still will not come up, email us at info@myxveda.com and we will find it for you.
